Each person has a unique cognitive skills profile.
Our Cognitive Assessment helps to better understand individual strengths, weaknesses and learning needs.

Online Cognitive Assessment and Feedback Consultation:​

• R1,562 per assessment (normal price R1,953). Promotion valid 22/6/2022 - 16/7/2022

• The assessment fee includes a detailed 1-hour feedback consultation (via Zoom), scheduled as soon as the assessment is completed

• Suitable for children and adults, from the age of 6 years to 106 years

*     Family Discount:

We offer 10% discount on each normal priced Cognitive Assessment (Cognitive Test) when two or more family members schedule assessments together. Please complete the booking form below for each individual family member.

To complete the Cognitive Assessment, you need:

​

• A tablet, laptop or desktop computer

• Reliable internet access (the assessment is done online, at home)

• Earphones (optional)

• An area/room where there's minimal distractions

• To do the assessment in one sitting (takes +- 45 minutes to complete)

HOW TO EASILY SCHEDULE YOUR ASSESSMENT:

All you need to do, is complete the form below.

Once the form is submitted, within 24-hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) you will receive two emails from our team - one with confirmation of your scheduled assessment, and the other with your invoice for payment.

(Be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder if you don't see these emails in your Inbox.)
